You have an idea.  You may even have a product.  Your product may even have a few early adopters.  But, you are struggling to build a company around your offering.  You aren't sure how to scale the business beyond your first dozen companies.  You wonder how to fortify a competitive advantage.  You belong in BBI's Startup Launchpad.

What is the Startup Launchpad?

The BBI Startup Launchpad is a proven program to accelerate a young technology company through the planning and validation process to ultimately launch into the market. Thought it is expediting the journey, it is not a traditional accelerator.

Launchpad participants receive a much more immersive and engaging experience with BBI's team. You get more than just a "pool of resources" and a crash course in go-to-market. BBI experts and mentors work along side Launchpad companies to develop their plans, develop content, and pursue beta customers. But the Launchpad is not an incubator. Launchpad participants have more than an idea. They have, at least, a proof of concept, and the staffing and initial financial means to develop a minimum viable product and also bring a minimal sellable product to market.

Through BBI's Launchpad, together we will build:

  • Rapid go-to-market strategy for accelerated growth

  • Market based pre-launch product validation

  • Preparation of early adopter program and initial outreach

  • Targeted sales and marketing plans for maximum impact

  • Brand awareness that positions you to own the narrative

  • Partnership identification and early integration targets

  • Intellectual property protection and follow-on IP strategy

  • Comprehensive fundraising preparation

BBI's team include full-time staff and industry mentors with unmatched experience as past tech startup founders, big tech Chief Revenue Officers, big tech CTOs and developers, marketing professionals, contractor executives, investment bankers, venture capitalists.  No other built technology startup program includes such an experienced and diverse set of professionals, all intently focused and passionate about helping you.

For this Launchpad Cohort, we are seeking companies that meet the following criteria:

  • Technology companies across all categories and types

  • Working prototype/proof of concept or a minimal sellable product  (e.g. more than an idea)

  • Have not yet achieving product market fit  (we want room to work with you)

  • A minimum of 12 months of funded runway  (we want to know you can maintain momentum)

  • Software development team onboard or arrangements to contract one

  • Solving a problem through technology that has not yet been addressed, or has few incumbent solutions
